Admissions Fairs provide prospective families with invaluable information about independent schools and the admissions and financial aid process. Because many schools are in attendance at the same convenient location, AIMS school fairs are an invaluable and efficient way for families to survey the wide variety of choices among independent schools in Maryland and DC.
AIMS Admissions Fairs last a few hours and include admissions representatives from many schools. The Fairs also include brief presentations about the admissions process, how to choose the right school, and the financial aid process. Please save the dates for the Baltimore Area Fair on September 29, 2013 and the DC Area Fair on September 22, 2013.
Schools also host individual open houses. These are opportunities for families to see and experience a school first hand. Some schools do this on a particular day; others do it by appointment.
